i strongly recommend teachers and lecturers take psychology course...
they should learn how to control their emotions first...
and then learn how to motivate their students instead of scolding them with abusive words!

teachers and lecturers are the educators,
whose attitude will probably imitated by the young generation...
and even the little one's confident will be smashed down by your irresponsible words!

so please behave yourself,my dear teachers and lecturers!
